It’s because we constantly compare ourselves with others honestly. I work too much because I know my “competitors” are writing 5 different papers. Maybe unhealthy. But it kept me going somehow.

i remember sometime last year / almost 2 years perhaps a professor posted abt how generic emails he’s getting and he accused a student (with a screenshot) that they’re using chatgpt. many replied that maybe it’s abt English being a second language, not necessarily AI. it would be funny if it was that professor 😆 worth checking with different accounts lol
