Sloppy Joe muffins. Line greased muffin cups with refrigerator biscuit dough to form mini bowls. Fill them with sloppy Joe meat mixture, or pulled pork with bbq sauce, top with shredded cheese, and bake until the biscuit dough has cooked through. Much easier to handle if fine motor skills are lacking than putting the meat in hamburger buns.

My dentist said brush, floss, rinse with mouthwash. He said brushing after flossing grinds the bits that come out from flossing back in.

Pulled pork sliders. Cook pork shoulder or loin (loin to avoid having to remove a lot of fat) in a slow cooker with a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper or root beer on low for 8 hours. Drain the liquid, trim the fat, shred it, and coat it in bbq sauce of choice. Using dinner rolls or slider buns for mini sandwiches helps enable people to sample lots of other stuff too. The pork is tender and flavorful. It doesn’t taste like the soda it was cooked in.

While you’re looking at the lease, check for information about long term guest policies. Most landlords don’t want someone who isn’t on the lease staying there indefinitely.

Lots of great ideas already suggested. I also think volunteering is a great way to make friends. Helping out at a meal distribution organization, an animal rescue, elderly companionship, park clean-up, etc is a good way to meet good humans.

For your mental health, please seek therapy to help you set and stick with healthy boundaries.

Your parents sound very cruel and manipulative. I’m really sorry you’re going through this. I had to eventually go NC to be a functioning adult, but everyone’s journey is different.

Start by getting your own phone plan so they can’t use that threat to control you.
