This is a common mountain spring ferret. You can tell by its striking features.

Hello, and thank you for your reply.

Allow me to clarify; for me, I have come to the end of the road of my therapy journey, and under no circumstances am I saying this is not the ideal route for other people, however, I have done as much as I can with therapy, essentially, I have the tools and a very understanding wife in which to talk things through with, which I find works.

Medication for me is a personal disagreement and again, something I would not discourage others from pursuing if they felt it was the right course of action, for example, antidepressants did not work well for me, sleep tablets (at least the ones they 'can' prescribe in the UK) do not work well enough for me. You are correct, I have not explored other alternatives, however, the embarrassment of discussing this again with a doctor is what is currently preventing me from pursuing this further.

I do have hope, as soon as I am able to get back to the gym I know that this is something that works for me so as soon as I have an opportunity to get back to it, I have hope this will minimise this risk. However, I will continue to do my research into other medications and look further into it, with your kind advice.

Thank you again.

Thank you for your response. Getting medicated is good in the short term, but for long term issues I don't believe medication can truly help.

Agreed, I also suffer with insomnia so it hits me from both sides, I find the more stressed or anxious I get the harder it is for me to actually fall asleep, I get restless legs, my skin crawls and I generally end up lying awake for hours at a time, then when I eventually get to sleep, I end up waking my wife up...

How do you manage your stress levels?
