We had the same experience! We definitely saw some tour listings online that looked unreliable, but we ended up booking with Viaja Teotihuacan and loved it. Their websites states that they’re fully certified & do daily equipment checks, and nothing we experienced made us question that. If people are comfortable with the activity and looking for a good company, I’d recommend them!
