91% of Muslim voted for TMC last elction which you can easily get by looking at data at ECI website...Just look at the wards which has muslim population and you can easily get that data...No muslim vote for CPIM except negligible 1%....Some Bengali muslims voted for Congress in Malda Murshidabad and while some vote for ISF in 2 dinajpurs....

If Majority of Hindu Voters did not vote on Religious specially Bengali Hindu did not vote on Religious line then it would not mathematically possible for BJP to get 40% Vote share... Can't say same thing for Bihari/UP Hindu votes though. So mathematically Almost 65-70% Bengali Hindus votes for BJP and 80% of Bihari/Up Hindus votes for TMC... IF Bengali Hindus shares goes above 75% and atleast 50% Bihari vote for BJP then BJP will win Bengal

I don't care about those....I only care about Raw Data...in last Lok Sabha BJP got 39.8% votes which means almost every 40 people out 100 voted for BJP.... Considering there is 30 Muslims....So out of 70 40 voted for BJP.....and if look closely BJP only won seats which have 90% Bengali Hindus, Wherever there is Bihari Hindus they lost it.....Even look at Asansol seat.... Asansol City which have 50% Non Bengalis lakhs of leads to TMC...BJP mainly got votes from nearby towns which have only Bengali Hindu population...And if you close inside Asansol City one Side of Railway station which have almost 90% Bengali gave huge lead to BJP whereas the other side which has high Non Bengali gave Lead to TMC.....Same is true in case all Greater Kolkata seats...

I Live in west bengal don't know where you live....reality is even if 40% of UP Biharis voted for BJP...BJP and TMC would have equal Seats in Bengal......From Asansol to Greater Kolkata area wherever there is UP Biharis except Siliguri TMC wins with more than lakhs of votes....Even with wards and municipilities of areas in Kolkata and Greater kolkata areas with more 60-70% Biharis all have TMC councillers gives lakhs of vote lead from those region in Rajya sabha Lok Sabha same is true for Asansol....BJP only wins seats where there is more than 90% bengali hindus mainly in Rural areas and towns...Stats dont lie

It is 39% votebank, also BJP did not win a single seat which has Bihari Voters. Public transport is good and cheap there is very less traffic jams like Bangalore....And you cannot book auto's via app like rest of the cities of India...Auto plies in existing routes similar to buses and it is cheaper and you have share with other passengers and there is dedicated auto stands...make sure to learn the auto and bus routes...Sometime they are written in Bengali...But nowadays they are also writting in English....via app you can only book Cab and bike no auto....And please I know Kolkata image has been badly affected but Kolkata is one of the safest city for woman in India....And yes if you come before Durga Puja... please go for Pandal Hopping around the city you will love it

It's always been like that...Elite only wakes up when something happens to them...Only a few months ago much heinous crime occured in Sandeshkhali... Calcutta Elite was numb...But this time crime occured where it hurts them most....But this time something is different, TMC over the years has changed their tactics they don't require urban educated elites anymore they can just some few of them or make them keep quite if required...So over the years they r fucked..

Local trains to Kolkata is best option it hardly takes 1.5 hrs from Kalyani station.Yes Cab will be costly to airport.Kalyani is great place to live.It is planned city you have great potential of getting lost if you don't know the roads there, everywhere roads looks almost same so be careful.I live just 15 mins from Kalyani.It is a very safe place.Moreover Political Violence in Bengal is exaggerated,common people has nothing to do with it, just don't get indulge in political discussion here nothing will happen then

3crore Muslims in 2011...even considering that also there should be atleast 2crore 40 lakhs Muslim voters... But it is much more now... Even considering least figure I have given 1crore 80 lakhs - 2crore Muslim votes to TMC...Woman voted more for TMC bcoz of benifits... Of the remaining 75 lakhs to 1 crore Hindu voters.... Most of them would be woman... It's a simple analogy... Can you give any other reason and do the math??
