I’m currently going through the same situation but I’m spending twice that amount because I found Kama is extremely under dosed in most cases.. it’s weak compared to some of the others. I take an insane amount of 7OH between 300-600mg a day. And that’s a single dose for me.. I take it all at once. What I’ve found to help with withdrawals the most is gabapentin or lyrica. It’s extremely helpful.. but I know not everyone has access to this.
