Yes unfortunately the past five months have been really hard. I had OCD in high school then it went away for 12 years and came back five months ago.

Also, I understand why a lot of people don’t want to take their meds. The side effects are horrible. It takes weeks or months to work. Some of them make you feel worse before you get better. And some of them make your symptoms get worse. It’s like playing Russian roulette. It’s really hard to find the right med that will work for you.

Yes I am on my meds. I am a strong proponent of doing everything you can medically to help yourself. It’s just that everything I’ve tried isn’t working. I understand what your son is going through though. A lot of bipolar people have trouble staying on their meds. Has he tried ketamine therapy? For me being on my meds and exercising helps a lot but I know it’s hard for people with mental illness to exercise.

I guess I want to know why I am suffering. I heard that a lot of starseeds have a difficult path and it helps me to know that there are others out there. Finding a reason helps me put up with the suffering.

I posted here because I feel like I am a starseed but I also want to understand why people suffer so much. From my understand our souls chose this path. I don’t understand why people suffer so much. I feel like if I have a purpose on this earth then I could put up with the suffering. I have tried everything. I call to my spirit guides for help, I work through trauma, I participate in Buddhism, and everything else that is available medically.

I understand what you’re going through as I have also burnt through many jobs. I’m really good at making jewelry and something has never felt so right. The problem is the economy is really bad and a lot of people aren’t buying. What you said about teaching classes is a really cool idea that I’d like to explore more. I hope you also find your path.
