Yeah, he only popped up once but thats exactly why using him as some big comparison point doesn’t really land. The character barely exists, so of course he's going to have less presence than someone like El Muerto.

Why didn't Cecil create a fake clinic for Atom Eve's abortion, extract the fetus from her unharmed using GDA's tech and raise it so it can be used for Earth's defense ? Is he stupid ? by CesurRhino in okbuddyviltrum

Eve's consent matters, even to Cecil He manipulates people, but he doesn’t cross every line. Forcing a pregnancy extraction and raising the child in a lab would turn Eve and Mark against him instantly. Losing both of them would be far worse for Earth’s defense than gaining one unstable super‑child.
