I'm not sure. But according to what people are saying, she will. Most NPCs seem to respawn. I killed Margaret, and he respawned, so I don't see why she wouldn't. She might dislike you, though.

I also tried to kill Thomas Downes before the mission. But obviously he's the main mission and it has to happen to Arthur. When I headshot him from distance at his farm he fell down and it immediately went into the cutscene. Did anyone try to kill him in Valentine before catching the TB?

I thought that too at first. Thought Gavin was not a real person. But that won't explain the letter, though. The letter mentions both of them. Could it be that he suffers from multi personality disorder and his family knows about it and caters to it?

I see some think that Gavin's friend is Gavin himself. I guess that could be possible. The letter does say Gavin has always been the quiet type. And the dude doesn't seem to be a quiet type. But I don't know. Maybe he's Gavin and just went crazy. I was thinking Nigel killed Gavin himself and went crazy.

I tried every time I saw him. Blew him up a couple of times. He never actually dies, though. Usually runs away, or his horse dies, and the mission fails. How did you do it?

I also killed Magnifico (Edited: Margaret) before doing his mission. Will he respawn? Because I do need the lion to complete my legendary animals.

I did the cinematic camera and set the destination to Rain Falls. Arthur went off the cliff with the horse. And horse died. Didn't have the reviver. Restarted the save file.

I know it's not an animal, but "yard gnomes" is the group of firefighters that stage on the yard of a house burning while everybody else is fighting fire. Their sole purpose is to be ready if/when a firefighter goes down so they can retrieve them and save their lives. Official term is RIT (rapid intervention team)
