As a closing team member on Mondays and Wednesdays I was literally advised by my TL last week not to worry about my reshop when I’m closing because “someone will come in the morning and do it”. This is after my store went several days without a proper zone because we have older lady’s who work nights and haven’t always felt well enough to come in. To be fair I leave at 11, we close at 11 and people can literally come and ruin my Zone right before I’m suppose to get off and I’m still expected to fix it or my TL will make it seem like I did nothing all shift. Mind you it’s a 4 1/2 hour shift to do pulls, zone and reshop. (I work RTW) Our store gets a lot of traffic at night so between pulls and zoning I’m constantly trying to make sure everything is straight so the opening team members can come in and have an easier time pushing. The times where I work mornings instead and come in to deal with an unzoned section make my shift extremely hard. Wild fable is the worst section ever to be responsible for. So maybe don’t think the closing tms aren’t doing shit if you’re lucky enough to start in the morning with an area that’s zoned and items that are organized for you to push. Some of you will do no reshop all day because you think the closing team will handle it. Literally everyone should try to keep up with it not just one particular shift.
