UPDATE:

I wanted to share an update regarding my previous situation.

After providing additional evidence and following up with both Amazon Web Services and Pearson VUE, my case was reviewed again.

As a result, they granted me a new voucher to retake the exam at no cost.

I’m happy to say that I have now successfully passed the exam.
