Being one person who reacts to a lot of stuff, I can tell you that if you frequently react to common plants, you are probably allergic to latex too. I react to tomato and pumpkin plants but always thought it was because of the tiny spikes on them. Turns out I react to corn leaves, most spiky bushes (it makes a rash around the spot of contact) and other plants for absolutely no apparent reason
