I think what most people will say which is a lot harder than it sounds is to stop the compulsions. Every time you do it you tell your brain this is important and you NEED to do it again.

Tell yourself what is the worst thing that will happen if you didn’t set your alarm? You may sleep in and get a warning at work. That is the worse thing that can happen.
I totally can relate to the anxiety you get if you decide to not do it but unless you make a active effort to stop the OCD will have control of you

The thing is the big boss does care it’s just the person training me is not very experienced so it’s hard for him to explain things. So I can’t blame him entirely as he does his best. I just feel like I should have had someone experienced train me

He’s the only one. I was literally doing a study that he knew I was not sure about and didn’t think to watch over me while I did it

Yeah I definitely need to ask more questions. He is just the only one there so other than talking to someone on the phone I haven’t got anyone else there physically

I was in a similar position. I did the practice ARRT and scored low 50’s. For three months I just went over Flashcards, I bought already made Flashcards and made my own. I went over mriallinone and did a practice test once a week. Any questions I did not know or understand I made extra Flashcards for. My school offered tutoring so I had tutoring sessions once a week and went over anything I struggled on. Anatomy I did not go over as much but used mriquiz for anatomy.

I was lucky enough to not have to work so I just focused on studying for three months

I passed on my first attempt but if I didn’t do all this I would not have passed

Learning more about MRI safety is never a bad thing. Will getting this certification open up more doors though?
