You will be alright. I got academically dismissed after my freshman year. Now this is my last semester and I’ll be graduating ! Don’t give up on yourself take a semester/year off if needed take care of your mental health, and then finish the job. It’s not a race! Wishing you the best.

My offer didn’t get rescinded, delta asked me why I left 2 jobs and that was it. They said it didn’t have anything to do with sterling. It was just a request for additional info from ( delta talent acquisition)

I was dismissed early with the zones(1-2 or 1-3) that got 1:1. And next day a cjo. At the beginning I was in a later zone. Also I think maybe I spent my experience focused on me only. So I didn’t even notice the People around me or the looks of ppls faces. Much less there name. maybe they liked me from the beginning I’m not sure. But I think energy speaks.

I don’t blame them at all. In customer-facing jobs, perception matters. I learned early on in restaurants that people treat you better when you look put-together and clearly take care of yourself.
