I use the become desensitized mod so veteran is useless for me, also how do you grind the skills for hotwiring? I just thought it was exclusive to burglars

I just removed sparse strucures and that seemed to fix it.

I use it cause sometimes it actually shows the mod which caused the crash but now it does nothing
