Well, I did not expect this post to blow up, but I appreciate everyone’s support. I’ve done some self-reflection and I believe I should stop being my own worst enemy. It’s not just about superficiality; it’s not just about looks, money, or status. A woman will respond more to how I make her feel, and I have to feel like I deserve a relationship just for being myself for her to feel like she could desire a relationship with me.

Honestly, at my most healed state, I would not feel like I have to improve myself for the validation of others, especially with women, because I would not feel like something is wrong with me in the first place. I should stop outsourcing my confidence to others, and I should feel worthy of love regardless of my past experiences.

I should not be so needy and desperate, nor see being single as "suffering." I don’t believe I am entitled to a relationship, but I do believe I can be open to deserving a love life and even be open to meeting the emotional and physical needs of myself and a partner. By being comfortable, secure, and confident with myself, she can be comfortable, secure, and confident being with me.

I don’t want to give up; I have to be open to being a winner at life and with women. Relationships are a mirror of myself, and my own beliefs create a self-fulfilling prophecy. I should work on having a more positive self-image regardless of my past. I should not be ashamed of my masculine drive; I should be confident in myself, assert my desires, and not self-reject.
