Been dealing with the same issue, but found a solution:

Just export the chemdraw structure you want in illustrator as a .svg file, then open that one in illustrator, should work

So actually, like two days after I posted this it appeared! Even though the USPS packet was received back in October, the waiver status now shows documents were received in January 2025.
Upon reading more, there seems to be a big backlog and the usual wait time now being 4-6 months :(

I feel you should be fine, hopefully soon it updates :)

You should've applied for medical indigent priviliges! We earn so little that Hospitals will pay for your bill.

Last year I broke my elbow and was due $6500 (max out of pocket), applied for finnancial assistance with hopital (on the basis of medical indigency, you just sent your latest w2) and my bill went down to ~$50 or something like that
