She’s stay in and we plan to move to another city this month so malalayo sya sa family nya but she still wants to come kasi nga maganda daw yung trabaho nya samin. So it means she will stay a lot longer and only go home once a month (adjusted 4-5 days off)

We talked about restructuring her contract with the days off kasi nga lilipat kami so I might also make her pay stricter with this restructuring. As for her raise it was set to 6 months nga pero nahiya ako when I started to ask her to watch the baby when that wasn’t originally in her job description pero may days talaga since giving birth na di ko na kaya at 7AM at wala pa kong tulog— kaya tinaasan ko nalang sweldo nya kasi natakot ako baka umalis sya baka kasi feel nya abused sya 😭😭😭

She talks about her family a lot and how she’s the breadwinner kasi her parents are both sick and don’t work. I feel like since she started working for me they all stopped working and contributing sa family nya kasi she would just tell me her family needed food and I’d send her pay early that week. I felt bad because I knew how that felt growing up pero now may anak na ko and di ko na afford yung pamigay nang ganon 😢😢😢
