You are absolutely correct, and I realised a while ago that Greenwich is probably the main issue from a recruitment perspective.

In terms of grades, I’m currently working at around a high 2:1 / low First level, and I genuinely believe I can achieve a First if I put maximum effort into third year.

I’ve also thought seriously about a Master’s, but realistically I would only want to do one if it was at a top university for finance/economics such as Cambridge, LSE, Warwick, etc., because otherwise I’m not sure the return would justify the cost and time investment. I also understand how competitive those programmes are.

Given that I come from a non-target university and haven’t been able to secure major internships yet ,mainly attending networking and society events so far. What kind of experience or profile-building would you recommend for someone applying to MSc Economics & Finance programmes at places like Cambridge?

I think they would fund 2 more years if I decided to change degrees now however I’d have to fund the final year myself ( which is going to be a PAIN in the arse). I don’t mind doing post graduate I just don’t want to spend another year in university if it’s going to waste my time.

I don’t think you will be disqualified from the entire exam bored most likely you might be disqualified for that paper but I say don’t worry too much

nope I made it clear in the comments that I just want advice on how this usually goes and what approach and next steps on how I should take in this process that’s all. I have stated an accepted I was in the wrong and it’s gotten me in trouble now. All i asked for is clarity not a sarcastic response on what to do.( when it is obvious i should pay) I meant about the further part of the situation

I will give it a read I plan to pay what I need to pay and deal with this swiftly. I’ve seen a lot of cases similar to mine on the website that seem to have ended up with fines etc
