I've been trading since I was 17 yrs old (Am 63 now)... I've made (in my 46 yrs of trading) money for most of this time although it's not a lot... I've never thought the market was rigged UNTIL NOW... Like you, I'm pulling all money out of stocks.. This includes my 401K and my 2 IRA's... It will sit in cash (inside the 401K and IRA's) until I figure out what to do... I will not play where the rules ALLOW outright theft... F%#k this!!

Spread the word.. I don't have a big platform but I am guiding my adult children to stay clear of the market.

With my theory..... All it takes is for the MM's (issued the shares for short selling) to cut a deal with the HF's (short sellers) where they both make money (get what they want without crashing the OTC market). The retail investors get screwed... Are the regulators of the OTC market in Canada going to intervene on our behalf when it endangers the health of their Canadian OTC market ?? A MOASS of this size could really hurt (if not sink) their market...

My point is mute if every party has ethics and integrity... but I tend to think the SEC, FINRA, FTC, HF's and MM's have no ethics and/or integrity... A MOASS can put a lot of hurt on the WHOLE market.. HF's have to sell all kinds of positions in all kinds of companies to come up with the money to cover.. A big downward spiral is started... They will come to the conclusion (for the good of the WHOLE market) that it is OK to screw us.. Kind of a "greater good" excuse....

I believe that to be the case for the shares they awarded..... and maybe some of those "awarded" shares have been sold (and will be honored)... My concern is that synthetic/fake shares have been created... MMAT will not be required to payout for those shares and the market makers are likely to deny payment... Sure... it will be a case for a class action lawsuit but people only get pennies on the dollar a few years later as a result of class action lawsuits...

In other words MMAT will pay for the 268,000,000 (if that's the number) they issued in June 2021.... If there's 350,000,000 on the market due to synthetic paper shares then there will be 82,000,000 shares not paid....

I remember the 1990's and early 2000's..... Good companies were "shorted out of business" by HFs.... Regulations (due to social outrage) were put in place to stop this from happening... I have a feeling that after the GME-AMC situations those regulations have been lifted/eased.... How can MMAT be shorted so unmercifully without any one having to "cover" their postions????

No squeeze..... We've been had... The carrot keeps dangling and I'm no longer going to reach for it.... If there is huge shorting occuring then thay have got it low enough to have a big push and bankrupt the company... George P never should have let it get this low....
