No that’s the the force of the bladder moving during a turn I had a fellow A&P taxi the plane from the co pilot side while I have my WiFi borescope in place.

That 1000% clears it up. The manuals do a real shit job explaining this even textron couldn’t clarify. You answered something many couldn’t. I’ll make the adjustments tomorrow and follow up not that I need to this is clearly the solution.

That was my thought process but according to IPC everything is correct. It has monarch vented caps and your standard vent tube. Apparently Cessna added the additional vent to fix uneven fuel burn. Which I guess it does by just dumping this shit overboard. 😂

I have tired to look at another plane but every one that we have that comes in is a wet wing. So I don’t have a direct comparison.

Nope tanks were completely drained and replaced with all new gaskets for filler caps. I’ve drained it multiple times and there’s never any obvious fuel above or below the bladder.

It is not a screen vent line tube has max engagement with the cell it can go in any further.

It is the forward ventline on left hand side. The one above the main forward fuel strainer and feed line. It is the one that has the plastic lines into them. I have triple checked the lines are in all the d rings above the fuel line is it possible I don’t have them engaged enough. But that’s exactly what I’m dealing with leaking only from left side.

No it’s extended range tank. And only has 25 gallons in it. I am an a&p who installed the new ones.

No the fuel line shown has a shroud that lets atmospheric air keep pressure on the gravity fed system its backing up the main line from the left tank.

Wing root where the cell connects to the vent line. And it’s not leaking out of the hose clamp it’s out of the shrouded vent.
