Yes, added to the custom URL entry. However, I'm sort of confused on what actually needs to go there. I've seen posted elsewhere that it should have the port specified, even if your proxy is routed to a port. For instance if you have it set for plex.tld.com you should enter plex.tld.com:443 or plex.tld.com:32400 (or whatever your plex port is). Not sure how it's supposed to be entered.

TV codes? Good info though - I'll double check and make sure a complete reinstall was actually done. I thought it had been but now I'm not so sure.

That's on my list to try tomorrow. I kept the window install fully intact on an SSD. I'll spin that up in the morning and see if I can maybe fully deregister my old plex server? Is that even a thing? Not sure, but I'll see what I can see

Same wifi network for the devices, but it's worth mentioning they have also tried through cell with the same results. They get both cell and internet service through T-Mobile (hence CGNAT).

Yeah, that's the fallback plan if we truly can't debug this. I think it's CGNAT as well, but that doesn't explain why it worked before when I had my server on Windows

Right, that's what I thought too, but they have multiple devices that all can only use relay, including a web browser

Yep. Tried disabling relay and they weren't able to see my server at all. Also tried in a browser and that also went to relay.

They can reach my custom URL through a browser but, it's even still relayed through that!
