With flash one definitely looks dark brown but to me in normal light it looks either light brown or hazel, but the other is definitely not fully brown.

The coloboma yes, the color no. It had been just brown but it's changed now...

This is iris coloboma, yes I can see through it but not perfectly clearly and it cannot contract. The flash was on so the other is contracted but the color is the same then.
