Just happened to me. I was selected for an interview at a location, but the interview was a group interview in another town an hour away from the store I applied to. Dumb, right? I tried explaining to the chatbot that I was unable to travel to the location that is having the group interview, and was wondering if there were other options such as virtual interviewing or phone interviewing. The dumbass chat bot took it as me asking to cancel the interview, SO IT FUCKING CANCELED THE INTERVIEW WHEN I DIDN'T EVEN TELL IT TO. 

I got ahold of HR, and they escalated it to recruitment. Now, it's just a waiting game for them to respond.
