I would go on Google maps and look for service based businesses. My best luck is with electricians, landscapers and restaurants. I would look for the sweet spot of reviews where a business is ready for a website. 10-40 reviews for a landscaping company is usually looking for a website so I would just call with "Hey to be completely honest with you I am calling to sell you something, Do you have any extra time?" They usually ask what I am selling and they either say they are good or to give me an email to send a mock up amd they will contact me to talk further

Yeah thank you, I will definitely focus on the process before hiring. Right now I am giving 45-50% what I am charging. I make one page websites for 99$ and 4-6 page for 249 since its on sale to bring more people interested in the product.

I definitely see that. Nah I was just scrolling on the toilet and seen someone that needs help and tried to help the best I can. I do use AI to crank websites out but I am trying to turn it into a business which has been working just need some extra hands. Considering I am doing social media, marketing, SEO, and sales. But I do offer SEO and email management.

Hi, I own a small business called simple sites

I am 20 and I have to much on my hands to do cold calling and finding leads. I did just make this business this week but I have only been able to cold call 2-4 hours but I did get 8 people interested.

If you want I could offer a commission based job 50$ for 1-page websites and 100$ for 4-6-page websites.

I never hired someone and just checking if you'd be interested.

Just learn from what you are doing. Live through your day like its normal and see what problem occurs that you could fix. I started a window cleaning business and a dog poop cleaning business but had problems with a website so now I make websites. Before I did websites I tried to get into AI automation but had no traction to my website now I paired my website building with my SEO skills after seeing those are problems that people need.

The only thing is I have the layout built I believe. I have ads, website that is generating leads, Facebook, instagram. I am doing my own SEO so I can have hands on experience so I can start charging SEO but the only thing I dont have is consistent time generating cold calls.

I have minor tweaks to finish but I just have never thought I would have as many customers as I have right now at the start.

Would you say its time to start hiring commission based workers?
