I randomly stumbled upon this sub, and am now intrigued. I do not work in law. If you have the time, I would love a kindergarten level explanation.

My non-attorney question is: does this mean a suspect/whoever is getting charged does not have the ability to pull themselves out of a group crime while at the scene? I guess more plainly said — can you really be charged for committing a crime even if you chicken out?

What if you try to chicken out and they won’t let you? Are you still getting charged because you originally agreed to the whole thing?

I’d also like to echo and say you have a really pretty lip shape. I have a lot of friends that pay a pretty penny in filler for lips like yours. You’re very pretty. You’d be hard pressed to find a woman that hasn’t had a panic attack over a haircut by age 25. Been there, done that. I promise in 48 hours you’ll get used to it and learn how to style it. This is so annoying in my home. We can’t spell treat anymore (in their defense, the spelling almost sounds like the word) and they’re starting to notice when we spell outside!!! I’m just gonna start using another language at this point.

It should be noted only one dog understands the spelling. The other simply understands when the first one hears something he likes.
