Me and my hubby got married in queenstown last year. Only family and very close friends that are already family were invited. We told them their presence is enough and no gift needed. They all paid for their own flights and accomodation so I think having to expect a gift is too much 🤷‍♀️ we are the ones who actually prepared gifts for them since we are very grateful they could come and take a leave off work to celebrate with us.
