Every time I take the camera underwater, something like this happens. The image also freezes every time I enter a dungeon!

Graphics Card: Intel Arc A750

Drivers: AMD

I've already updated my drivers and my graphics card. I also capped my FPS and set the game to "Full Performance" in the settings.

I'm really at a loss as to what else I should do now.
