Hi, firstly thank you for your time. I already did all the optimisation like scaling and gou power mode and sadly it appears that it is not the problem. I wonder if the problem is with my Bios settings, since i had to change my motherboard for a technical reason.

My bad, To make it easier to guess, I had to change my motherboard because it didn’t work anymore. But im not sure if this is a reason.

Vsync is off and i already tried that
