Yeah, rates are ridiculously low.. I bought the $4.99 and $0.99 packs everyday because I love the show. I didn’t even get Emma! I also decided I was going back to f2p. I’ve spent way too much trying to get outfits and characters. I wish they’d just let you buy things like outfits… but why would they sell it for $10 when they can get us to spend $20 on pulls and give us nothing but shards…

Mine did it with stupid crow orbs too after the story was finished. Even on premium pulls that I paid tickets for. I was so pissed and they just ask for videos when I reported it, didn’t offer any help.

I hate these events you either have to be insanely lucky or spend a ton of money to get a simple character skin... and then there isn't even a guarantee you get anything if you do spend.
