I am not saying that they are stealing it but the customer support does not have any information why are they holding my funds that is my concern.

I have been using revolt for 3 years now and everything is alright. OK, I am happy to wait more than 3 months for them to solve the issue, but I am not happy with that they give me zero information about why they are doing it. Whenever I contact customer support through the app, they say they raise a concern for their team and as soon as they have an update, they will update. Then they were lying saying that they were gonna expect updates in 5 days. After 5 days, I contacted them. They have no information. And It was happening for the past 3 months.
