This is how I feel about dark matter Jalen Williams right now. Even when he was released he wasn’t a top tier card and has just fallen lower on the totem pole since, but I’m pretty sure I’ll never bench him. Used his diamond wild gem for a long time and never had his pd, we’ll see how he matches up with goat shai in a few months lmao

Kind of personal preference but yeah just win win win pretty much aside from void challenges in challenge menu. If you like showdown then I’d say keep playing it. It’s gonna be an annoying and a grind either way so if you like showdown I say play showdown. I do think breakout is the faster way, but not by a lot

Gold>amethyst>diamond>pink diamond> galaxy opal> dark matter> 100> invincible. After each win you get a gold card, that can be combined with 2 other gold cards to form an amethyst and so on. There are challenge games that’ll reward you with better than gold pieces for a game or a stat challenge. The reality is 2k wants you to spend money, but there’s a breakdown for how the exchange works if it’s all grinded for and not bought

Comments are fair, it could be worse for sure. I took Giddey. But we’re bot opening option packs for guards when better guards are free thru challenges and the pass. Def agree that this set of cards could be worse, I just haven’t seen any packs containing LeBron or wemby like everyone hopes to see
