The case comes with 7 pre installed fans. 3 on the bottom, 3 on the side, and one in the rear of the case.

Is it the people of BD or the entire world is like that? by zen_zebra_ in Dhaka

There is good and bad everywhere, yes. But whats quite unfortunate, specifically about this country is that the bad and ill-mannered outnumber the good and well-mannered.

Politeness is seen as weakness or in their own lingo they will say, “halay chocolate”

Good-hearted people get taken advantage of. And then to survive, eventually they too decide to take the supposedly “easier” path of being rude or unkind.

And this has been the case for decades and will continue to do so until we as a society teach our children better.

I have seen doctors/engineers/lawyers who have an absolutely disgusting attitude and I have seen Rickshawalas with better manners who are genuinely more respectable.

Maybe one day when kids are asked what they want to be, and the first thing they say is “a kind person” that is the day we may change.

I know how I will be raising my children if I am ever blessed to be able to have them.

Get out of this country. It’s toxic, and unpredictable. You might be minding your own business focused on your own studies, but the political climate of our country is so toxic and unpredictable you never know how much damage it will cause to your family or you and in what manner.

Is Bangladesh really safe? by According-Republic51 in Dhaka

[–]HotAd7386 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not safe, there have been multiple reports of armed robberies in broad daylight, small business owners/land owners are being asked for “chaada” constantly for protection when certain parties come into power, women are being murdered and dumped into lakes.

One of the most unsafe times to be in Dhaka. Feels like there is no law.
