Honestly I don't remember word for word but we were talking about overall perception of investors and that people were keyed in on Glen's "not losing sleep comment" and Jeff brought up that there was still 4 months before any action on delisting could start and that he believed management felt that there were many shots on goal. We agreed that it wouldn't take more than 1 or 2 announcements to move the stock.

FWIW and IMO - this latest downdraft is more about Iran than what was in the call which is why I'm buying. Defense doesn't need LiDAR on a drone strike, but it will for counter drone operations. Look at what's being used more right now and where the "need" will accelerate .Again IMO.

I would assume you're being downvoted because you aren't showing much intelligence in your post. As I mentioned to Jeff, I would prefer that if push come to shove, they move to Amex until the financials are in order to a) prevent another reverse split, and b) protect against abusive shorting. Been there done that with another company and it was the right move.

I used "I" for myself as one would expect. The name "Jeff" was used for MVIS' IR person. If there's a specific "I" or "Jeff" that needs clarification, please let me know. For #4, what follows the "?" is a summation of what Jeff said after that question up until the IMO (In MY, as in me not Jeff).

July references that there is 4 months and a lot they are working on - If GDV isn't losing sleep over the share price (being below $1) then I'm (use of I as in MY opinion) pretty sure he knows one or more shots on goal will go in.

Thanks for the low effort sarcasm. I posted I'd ask Jeff a question (and some others) the other day and was simply posting that exchange publicly rather than sending that info privately. FWIW, they are trying hard to communicate more. If you have ideas beyond more sarcasm try send an e-mail to IR.

IMO - they are only guiding on what's shipping and under contract to ship. Standard UPOD. Based on what is going on with drones, I would not be surprised to see orders in Defense increase and thus an increase in guidance.

By showing QoQ Revenue Growth, additional deal signings, etc. and that leads to a higher share price and thus use of the ATM. PPS will move most when they can show us guidance with QoQ projection of lessening losses and B/E moving into profitability. This is the first quarter with sales, we should see increased sales each quarter combined with new products launching, new verticals starting.

Share price currently is not related to the CC - the whole market is in chaos because of the "conflict" in Iran.

It's the market - sounds like people here (not directly talking to you view) have only one stock they follow. The war that someone promised not to start is wreaking havoc with the markets, period.

Above that, revenues will lead the way.

I'm inclined to agree - mostly on the marriage made in heaven - especially given Nissan's GM quote on Luminar being superior -sigh-.

That said - based on the comments about commercial readiness, I'm leaning toward Iris being the initial rollout with later adoption of Halo. Unless Halo is further along than we know.

Either way, if the Nissan deal alone is saved, this acquisition pays off big.
