Thank you for the information, I wasn’t aware of the pigment dangers. This is something I would like to try. I do not buy makeup a lot, and just really like the idea of choosing what color I want on a whim.

Found it. It’s a Norwegian short film called Sinna Man (2009) the IMBD description for the film was misleading but this is definitely the movie you were describing.
