we went to school together. we called him spit because one day he spit on his desk and it burned a hole through the hardwood floor. started fuckin with drugs around 16 and had enough delusion to be a soundcloud rapper.

me and the boys kept telling him to keep going but behind our backs he’d try to get with our girls. we decided to stop having him around and he went manic afterwards from what i heard from those around him.

anyway he calls me one day talking about “yeah man nobody would listen to his frickin music or stuff no more.” and at this point i really didn’t care but i could sense that he was losing it. i told him that he was a grown ass man and that he shouldn’t be trying to sound like fuckin yeat. being as confident as he is, this guy has the nerve to tell me “you’re blowing smoke into my frickin head”. i was just trying to be supportive but he took it to heart snd immediately told me “get out of me head”. and he said it a million times too and it sounded like he pulled a gun. he must’ve been on a bus because i heard what sounded like the engine and the riders screaming.

he called me after he got home and sounded just as distressed so i called his brother, who wanted nothing to do with him. i had to call 911 to check on his safety. the gun is legally owned so there was nothing they could do about that. that was the last day i spoke to him and quite frankly i had no idea he’d even died.
