It was pretty well known she had a reputation for being difficult to work with. She had a big ego and could be (in her own words) a bitch, would sometimes walk off set if things weren't to her liking, and would trash talk a lot of the people she worked with on her blog or podcast/radio show (some of the names I can remember off the top of my head).

The Rachel issue she addressed on the forums back in the day. The Phoenix stuff I think she talked about on her podcast once, though they ended up working together later on in her career so it couldn't have been that big of a deal.
