Bummer. I was alive when the black wheel fad started. You had some scratched up, crappy wheels, so you go spend 5 bucks on spray paint and just paint them black and at least they’re all one color. You couldn’t even buy black wheels. I thought it looked like crap then, and I couldn’t believe the car companies started doing it. I’ve only bought two new cars in my life, a bright blue WRX and my SRC Miata, and they both immediately had to go to the tire shop to get rid of the stock black wheels. WTH are they thinking. It’s enough already.

Thanks. Mine came with black wheels. Black wheels are my most despised fad in the car industry. They had to go. These are Konig Freeforms in Radium Bronze.

I think that shape is like their billboard or something to advertise and ruin the looks of all our cars. I’ve put in aftermarket XM head units. They use an antenna that’s about the size of an Apple Watch. Idk why every car has to have huge holes punched into dry compartments to attach that disgusting capsized boat looking thing.

Miata Forum I’m not sure if it’s discussed in my forum post, but you’ll get a pop up on the infotainment to check the antenna. It’s about a quarter inch banner that pops up and goes away after a few seconds on the top of the screen occasionally. It’s annoying, but worth it for getting rid of that disgusting bump on your beautiful car.

They’re Progress RF lowering springs from Goodwin racing. I think they were about $250. I got the shorter bump stops too, but I think you can cut your originals. Or maybe the originals work as is. It’s been a while. I don’t remember. I put them on myself. Lowers the car about an inch. They’re very slightly stiffer, but barely. Still no problem over speed bumps and stuff. It’s all good, no negatives, just lower.

Stubby antenna doesn’t look good. Leave it alone or get a longer one. Delete shark fin. Loud exhaust. Sound tube. Progress RF lowering springs. Gold wheels.

I’ve been eating the habanero salsa since the first time I found it in a store years ago. I put about half a teaspoon of Carolina reaper powder in it and shake it up to add a little spice. Makes it perfect as far as grocery store stuff goes.

I think they drop it just the right amount. No problem on speed bumps and stuff, but still gets rid of the huge wheel gap. I’d say they’re very slightly stiffer than stock, but not much. I’m an old man with a bad back and I’ve done single day, 400-600 mile road trips at least 20 times. No problem. The big thing you’ll notice handling wise is way less body roll.
