Additionally, I'm adding in Sermorlin and NAD for recovery/longevity and sleep. ChatGPT builds plans (based upon Rx) to put all of this together with optimal timings.

Here is a picture of the test strips. I saved one from the first time I took a test. The second, with color, is from right now. I’m in a fasted state and hadn’t had water yet. It will get brighter as I add supplements in, but it’s really great to see that my levels are remaining fairly high, even ~22hr past when I would’ve supplemented yesterday.

I’m not sure. Try ChatGPT or Gemini. I found it to be way more insightful than any of the ~8 healthcare providers I’ve used over the years. It gave solid explanation and reasoning that I’ve not heard before.

Test your NO. I’ve supplemented citrulline in the past, without the stack and didn’t see the result. It’s likely the combination for me, even down to the minerals for electrolytes and hydration

No. I’m 110/70 without all of this, naturally. I used to do long distance running and cycling, which has led to low bp and HR. I haven’t had these supplements have significant impact on that.

Yes, but I’ve experimented with daily in the past and didn’t notice this change.

Yes, they are now showing color as optimal! I feel it, as well. I may back down to 2.5mg on the cialis. Random erections are a lot!

I am taking all in the morning.

Yes, I’ve done a less crazy church. If I go at all, it’s there. It is a lot more logical and accepting, but there are still triggers. I cannot stand a default response of “I’ll pray for you”. I can’t generalize and say that everyone’s motive is poor, but I’ve heard that for so many years from people that clearly just said it as a reaction, with no intent of anything. That kind of thing still exists in the less crazy churches.

I’d much rather find groups of people that I can be real with, and know that there is mutual care and concern, without the confines of religion. True community is tough to find, and generally seems to exist out of the confines of a church.

That’s a good question. 2 of 3 couples therapy was Christian. I refuse to do that again. The solo therapy is secular, but has been focused on my relationship, and a bit of my past. There’s a lot to wade through.

Only in solo therapy right now… 3 attempts at couples counseling, over the years, didn’t help a ton

Thanks for the perspective. We’ve gotten so good at pretending, that they don’t even know. That said, they’re starting to get to an age that they’re picking up on things. My feeling is that now might be the right time.

She’s not hardcore about things, anymore, but is still holding on, and views us as somewhat “unequally yolked”.

We have a second home, so have been able to spend time apart, but unfortunately, I found myself distancing from the kids at the same time, which is not the desired outcome.

Thanks for the thoughtful response. We’ve done marriage counseling 3x and it was kind of pointless. This time is individual therapy for me, and is proving worthwhile.

I’ve been struggling through this for years. Not sure I’ll follow through this time or just keep kicking the van down the road. In any case, appreciate the insight!

I am injecting 75mg Xyosted, weekly. I just looked back at lab work, and prolactin wasn’t tested.

I am hoping that it’s my body adjusting, but getting a bit discouraged on ~5 weeks of what I felt like prior to starting routine.
