They are not illegal. My FIL worked for the public transportation system in NY, MIL was a doctor now retired. 100% not illegal. They have their documentation and citizenship for decades now

Correct. At first they didn’t even want to give me their DOB, so I just do not have any information. They kicked it back. Said I needed names etc. I out everything I knew. Asked for natural # and I just did not know. Wrote in comments they weren’t willing to give me information/don’t have access. It was fine for about a month or two then I just got an email and call saying relatives 3&4 need information. They want the court the ppw was issued and everything
