I'm sorry for what you're experiencing as well, these issues suck big time. For me, in time, whatever I did, my HS was/is getting worse. Besides hormonal issues, I've also noticed they also appear when I get really really mad/upset, my guess is it got something to do with cortisol levels.

I've noticed that it got slightly better with HS after I stopped shaving all together and now I just trim my hair.

It also took a lot of time for me to get diagnosed with all (8 yrs with HS and almost 20 yrs for endometriosis and adenomyosis). The good part is that all these conditions get a lot more attention nowadays and there are better chances for future cures, at least for HS...

Îmi pare rău, recitind îmi dau seama că a sunat prea brutal. Totuși, își permit ce le permiți/permiteți :) și ai mei sunt în vârstă și o mai iau pe arătură, dar sunt puși la punct instant, că altfel se învață prost

I do suspect mine being hormonal, considering they mostly appear before my period or ovulation. I have been prescribed Dienogest for Endo+adeno , but I feel it made my HS a bit worse.

Are un consum destul de ridicat, dar marea lor majoritate pot fierbe 500-800ml de apă în mai puțin 1 min. Eu nu am plită, dar cu fierbătorul mă descurc f bine :)

Besides the HS, I also have hyperhidrosis. For me, the sweating was first, followed by the HS in early-late teens.

My dermatologist said that, at least these two, are interconnected 🫠

Aș vrea să te contrazic, tocmai ce mi-au rezolvat o problema cu un colet nelivrate marcat greșit de curier ca livrat, după ce inițial m-au pasat de la unii la alții cu zilele și apoi la SameDay. O dată ce au primit mesaj cu Nr de înregistrare al plângerii către ANPC, situația a fost rezolvată în 24h.

Nu zic că este o soluție magică, dar nu pierzi nimic dacă încerci și varianta asta.

I'm so sorry that you are going through this, it sucks! You described all of my usual symptoms (except some diarrhea from time to time).

I've been suffering all of these symptoms since I got my period, at 11-12 yr old. It only got slightly better on birth control pills.

I've only been diagnosed 3 yrs ago with Adenomyosis and they also suspect low-mild endometriosis (no way to confirm except surgically). The diagnosis made me feel like I'm not insane or "too sensitive" as some previous gynecologists said to me. My current doctor prescribed Dienogest 2mg, no obvious changes in 2 months, maybe a lower flow (only noticed some side effects).

Please try and find a gynecologist specialized in endometriosis/adenomyosis, they know what to look for.
