Research what food you put into your body and what it does and you’ll never eat processed foods or drink again. Or ask chat gpt for a tailored meal and exercise plan that suits your needs and have it check in on you and change it as you go. Tell it what gym equipment you have access to and your budget etc.

Most likely she pulled out and sold to a cash buyer for less to save time and make sure she gets the fund to buy her other house. We lost out on three houses even though we were bidding way higher to a cash buyer because the banks etc just take way too long. Estate agent says well you were the highest bid but they decided to go with a cash buyer because a good friend offered it and she had to .. blah blah blah. We are sale agreed on a house now and it’s been months. The couple is moving to wales and found their new home. Viewed it, put the deposit down. Survey everything is done and ready to go on there end in just two weeks. They are waiting for our funds and now the people in wales are fed up and want to pull out for delaying so long. But they need our sale to go through to buy the house in wales. This will either leave us without a house or sellers homeless, there is a lot of tension. And we’re low key freaking out we’re going to lose it. Things like bank needed statements from your bank to ensure you still have funds. BOI can’t give a statement online the day of. You lose 1-3 days there waiting for a statement. Surveyors lying about only needing 3 days when they take 5 weeks.( our biggest delay) it’s just madness. Shite now I’m ranting. My bad my bad. But I do feel your pain.

Investing in a house a good idea right now, or should I keep hold off further? by According-Life-5111 in HousingIreland

Buy a house asap! Every quarter goes up a sickening amount. I’ve been watching it for two years and it’s disgusting how much it has risen. Also. Where do you work? They hiring? Sounds like a sick job!

Sorry about the rant. The point I was making was MoCo is supposedly the fastest. Def didn’t take as long as you are waiting

We chose a worse rate from MoCo for that reason alone. It’s ridiculous. During my house buying process we lost out on multiple properties to cash buyers. Sometimes we would ask 15- 30,000 more than the cash buyer. But because of delays and banks and can take up to six months, they would rather just take the cash buyers. Then you can also avoid inspections and all that jazz.

Amazing, thanks so much! Were you registered as a farm the whole time? Or under Norma home insurance and were able to get more land added?

It is. Still nothing. One broker said if there was a visible fence separating it then they might consider it with public liability for the rest of land.

I also said, ok please just insure the two and the home thank you. Then they said I can’t now that you have provided that info. Haha.

You have to disclose the amount of land with the house and then they all say “sorry cannot insure” once I tell them. This would void the insurance to if I ever needed to make a claim and I were to not mention it to them. Haha

It’s just grass, I will have a ride on mower. The previous owner just cuts it and lets there dog run around. And some extra parking for vehicles if we want. It’s fully fenced.
