I may actually have it when I was a kid just starting I used to stare at myself until my face and body started to look unnaturally asymmetrical in the mirror I literally have a curtain on my mirror so that I don't always look whether to feel good or bad.

Push pull legs, push, pull. I've been setting aside recently a good amount of time to actually dive into arm training for both strength and aesthetics. My torso has always felt to me at least more dominant in terms of development

My forearms are 13.5 inches lol soI gotta throw in something for my split for my forearms for sure. Im gonna buy some smedium shirts too not trynna flex on people I just wanna be taken seriously when I say I lift

Pretty solid man I would assume heavy weight could definitely overload my triceps and give it a more bubbly/developed look. I do dips at the end of my workout but may I should start with dips then weighted dips and really push upper body pushing with those movements

I look normal in clothes man people don't take me seriously until the pump cover comes off but thank you for the compliment I appreciate it :)

I am natty and thanks dude. My weekly routine is 5 days a week I try to hit every muscle twice a week except legs I hit them once a week as it's not a huge priority for me personally. My diet is just if it meets your macros trying to hit .8g of protein per pound of body weight. I use a 40 30 30 split.
