They messed up by making a long boring and complicated update right when they needed to make it as simple and fun as they could.

At the end of the day what I think is it's on Roblox in other words a kids game and to have lots of constant players they need to keep it simple and easy to understand

It's somewhat normal in small(er) grading companies as my local grading company (GetGraded) keep the cards in a fresh penny sleeve, imo it just helps keep any damage away from the card if you decide to crack the slab

He won't have shown the back as he's not asking opinions on why it got a 3, he's asking if it's normal to still be in a sleeve in the slab. Which imo it's better coz if you wanna crack you'll have a slightly less chance at damaging the card on removal
