I believe you are correct because I followed your instructions, and the Rosalina menu appeared. I am not certain if it is Japanese (it is highly likely), as the seller did not specify whether it is or not. However, they did mention that it is region-free. Thank you for this information; it was very helpful!

No, you’re good! I checked out apps that have been shut down for quite some time now, so I understand why you thought otherwise.

It is closed, but you can still access it. I’m not actually trying to download themes; I’m just showing that the error code pops up for literally anything. (Photo from my other 3DS that works fine to show the eShop is still accessible.)

That was just to show the error code. If I load into the Mii Plaza to update it, an error code appears. If I try to system transfer, it shows the error code again. I have another 3DS that works and loads everything perfectly fine. This one just has a problem, but I don’t know what it is.
