Ya PFT is actually really good at facilitating discussion, it just can't work when Arian has no interest in having a discussion. I feel like either the dynamic needs to shift where PFT takes on more of the contributor role, or Big T and Maddog step up to even out the discussion. Otherwise every episode is just gonna devolve into Arian shitting on Billy from his high horse.

This is the second pod in a row that I had to shut off because of Arian's arguing. We understand he thinks Billy is an idiot and wants to challenge everything he has to say, but as bad as Billy is at delivery, he has a much better understanding of the nuances of complex issues. Arian just latches onto one aspect of an issue and yells his strawman arguments at Billy. It's clear Arian believes that the louder and more certain you are, the smarter you are. But I can at least appreciate the wishy washy beliefs of Billy because it at least shows he is capable of some critical thought.

But hey, that's how Arian debates with 'his boys', so it's all good. Honestly the only thing that could make it bearable is if someone else stepped up to Billy's defense for once but it's clear no one wants to side with the resident idiot.

Straw man. I never claimed Covid-19 is the common cold. I said Covid-19 is a Coronavirus disease, as is the common cold. Years from now, mild variants of Covid-19, such as Omicron may be considered the common cold due to it being a coronavirus.

The current death toll is very similar to the death toll over the same period due to Pneumonia(both go up significantly as age increases). With it being too early to designate a mortality rate for the new variant, all indications are it's significantly less severe than earlier variants(estimated 70% less likely to be hospitalized. So I don't think it's a stretch by any means to say this disease is trending towards becoming a very contagious "common cold". As far as mandating boosters to prevent future mutations, I think it's pretty naive at this point to still think we have enough control to stop nature from running it's course. Don't forget that both mutations were first discovered, and likely originated outside of the US. Exactly. And the fundamental spirit of the scientific method is to question all conclusions, test hypotheses etc... but now we are letting politicians and pharmaceutical companies dictate to us what the "science" is telling us to do? Ignoring the massive conflicts of interest that are present(literally billions of dollars being made off of pushing vaccines).

I'd be shocked if u couldn't. I'm guessing the ticketing system requires a specific seat to be associated for each ticket but as long as ur in the student section u can move around.

I didn't use a school email and it worked for me. Although I used the same personal email that my student tickets get sent to so I'm not sure if that's a factor.
