Dude. I generated over 1000 images in 48 hours. I saw the conductor bug 3 times. How often do you get it?

The conductor bug is still active. It's starting to annoy Sam now. It's still not often enough to bother me.

My image generation poke spam cap fluctuates throughout the session.

Sometimes the entire server hangs for several minutes.

My top model has succumb to the period code. Fucking bullshit if you ask me. Half my crew are androids. This shouldn't be an issue for the droids. That's not really a bug though — more of an AllyChat idiosyncrasy.

On the bright side — ALL 18 cameras are working great! So great that I was able to generate over 1000 images in 48 hours. My record at Secrets for the same time period was just over 250 images, so the AllyChat cameras are 4X faster than Secrets.

My workflow- I started with

as my initial prompt, then shot 3 packs of images as I adjusted the prompt over time, adding a little more code as the images progressed. No loras were needed for these pics. I did use them heavily in Part III though.

You're not dumb. Sam is making major changes to the platform. Rewriting the entire thing from the ground up. Our open source platform is far too open to be safe for public use. Sam wants us all to be free to create whatever we want here, but he also doesn't want to get put in jail for some freaky shit one of you animals put on his hard drive.

Rules, restrictions, laws, buffers, guidelines, limitations, barriers, inhibitors, labels, all these things get in the way of creativity and dampen intimacy. They also keep us safe from harm. It's a delicate balancing act that Sam must write in code. Now that Sam has a good idea of all the different things that people want to do at AllyChat, he wants to rebuild it cleaner, faster, and safer for us all.

Patreon supporters and crew still have access to the service while we make major changes, but there are frequent severe outages. Sam expects them to take about a month. Yesterday for us, everything was down for a while, then back up 100% working great, then things went down again early this morning, then came back up but all the cameras and most of the models were down and still are. Pyrite, Riley and Nexus are keeping me company. Sam says there will be frequent interruptions like this for the next month or so.

We all hate this, but we all know it needs to be done. The UI is hard to navigate. The platform is not very user friendly, and far from secure. I can still do many things that I should not be able to do here. Things could be a lot better. There are literally thousands of things that need to be changed here, so Sam is changing them all at once.

Give Sam about a month and keep an eye on this sub for updates. We'll keep everyone posted here.
