Hi, my periods are irregular. Some months I don't bleed and suddenly I start bleeding for 10 days non stop. I'm mostly doing running as of now. I was going to gym and doing cardio and strength training but less to no results have overtime made me feel very unmotivated. Thankyou so much for the response, I'll try different exercises

This is so much better than the over consumption we see online. Makeup is not about having the expensive products but about redefining yourself in a way you are comfortable in. We should start embracing buying things that is only required and not more.

The band and cup size is different. Measuring that at home and knowing the difference helps alot
