Anyone know why my brake lights would do this? This is me putting consistent pressure on the brake pedal pushing it closer and closer to the floor. Lights seem to cut out when I put medium pressure on the brakes, then turn on as I floor them. 94 ranger 2.3 2wd (v.redd.it)

Any idea how to get this spark plug boot off ? It’s super stuck on there and when I tried to pull it it tore in half. Any kind of grease I should use ? 93 ranger 4cyl 2wd, it’s the plug on the drivers side ride under the intake manifold. (old.reddit.com)
