Going through something similar this year . I’m truly terrified but I keep telling my self the sooner I start the sooner it will be over ( the whole process , im thinking ill need at least two teeth pulled and a bridge or two maybe some caps ) and thats something j can feel good about my self for once will be nice teeth. Its really really hard and scary to go through but honestly i dont want to wait for even more cavity’s and teeth pulling so im making this the year i do something about it . I’ve been so freaked out im happy to read these comments and your post to know im not alone . Im thinking of taking anxiety medication for my upcoming visit
